What this site collects, and what it doesn't.

No tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party tags of any kind. Nothing follows you off the site, and nothing is stored in your browser.

Your browser contacts no third party to display this site. Every file the page loads — including its typefaces — is served from this domain, so nothing about your visit is disclosed to an outside company. The one unavoidable exception is the web host itself: the site runs on Hostinger, whose servers keep ordinary access logs as any host does. That is not something we query or analyze.

The inquiry form

If you fill in the form on the contact page, it collects exactly the fields shown on it: your name, organization, role, email address, phone number if you provide one, the topic you select, and your message. Submitting it also records the IP address the submission came from, which exists to make abuse of the form traceable.

That submission is emailed to Nathan Wooten and written to a log file on the web server that is not reachable from the internet. Both copies exist so that a delivery failure cannot silently lose an inquiry. The log is pruned periodically and is not used for anything else.

Nothing you send through the form is sold, shared, or passed to any third party. There is no mailing list, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything.

Please don't send patient information

The inquiry form is built for business contact only. Please don't paste patient identifiers, claim-level detail or record extracts into it — anything of that kind is handled under a signed agreement and a secure channel, arranged before a single record moves. If something sensitive does get sent by accident, say so and it will be deleted from both the mailbox and the log.

Client engagement data

This page covers the website only. Data handled during a client engagement is governed by the agreements signed for that engagement, which take precedence over anything written here.

If you want to know what has been retained from a form submission, or want it deleted, email nwooten@comeandseehealthcareservices.org and it will be handled. No particular process is required — just ask.

This page describes current practice and will be updated if that practice changes. It is a plain description rather than a legal instrument; where an engagement agreement says something different, the agreement governs.
