Request a scoping call.
Most people who call aren't in trouble. They suspect the program is running fine and nowhere near what it could be, and they want someone who can tell them for certain — and then get it there. An audit on the calendar, a TPA transition or a number that won't reconcile are good reasons too. Either way, we'll tell you honestly whether there's an engagement here.

What happens next
- Your inquiry comes straight to me — not to a queue, an intake triage, or a sales rep.
- A 30-minute call to understand what you're seeing.
- If there's a fit, a written scope and the data extracts we'd need.
- If there isn't, I'll say so and point you somewhere useful.
Not sure it's worth a call? "I think we're leaving money on the table and I can't prove it" is the most common opening line there is, and it is a good enough reason. You don't need a diagnosis before you call — working out whether there is one is what the thirty minutes is for.
